She is desparate to fill the new office after closing the old one. It is rather unethical to make these false statements in an effort to scare agents away from High Profile. Kind of like "blockbusting". All High Profile agents can get paid directly through Title as long as their file is complete prior to closing.
Notice the dates on the few anonymous complaints filed are all on the same weekend in June. They were filed by Colleen who is making a conscerted effort to discredit or damage the reputation of High Profile. It is just a desparate tactic used by a desparate competitor.
