Granted, I'm feeling naive for not knowing about this before selecting a broker but this is just crazy! We're only owed a few thousand dollars (significant to this household but seems so small after the gripe about $16,000) and hoping the deals that went into escrow before we could evacuate HPR are really going to be paid directly from title.

To say it's disheartening that this jack can keep an active real estate license is an understatement and so very wrong!
