This is typical of what you will deal with trying to get paid from High Profile Realty!
Pay attention to the dates. This agent closed escrow in January and began to email and call asking for the check after two weeks and this is a taste of what you will have to deal with when working with Chris Hanson. I recommend that you are patient but persistent with Chris Hanson - keep asking for your check through emails, text and phone calls. Dont just sit back and do nothing!!!

I am getting very concerned that you have no intentions of paying me. I am getting very stressed out and can't sleep. You keep saying I am hoping to have your check very soon. You initially told me that you were just behind, short staffed, then the holidays and the economy. I know you pay some agents out of escrow so why can't you send me the check owed? I have looked back at the past 5 years and I have done well for myself but want (and know I can) do better. Yes, the economy is bad but there still is a lot of business for me to get. If I succeed so do you. Right now I am concentrating on getting in the last few hours of renewal classes that I need but I am getting worried since you still have not paid me. My mind set is that I can do even better then I have been but I need you to be more supportive. I am sure you want your company to succeed, well so do I.

I am having the same problems getting paid. Your emails from Chris sound just like the ones he's sent to me. He no longer even takes the time to respond to my emails and has never returned a call. I'm at least three months out on a commission. I was naive and really thought I could trust his word and that I'd be paid. I didn't think all the rumors I was hearing were true. I think I might have been wrong.

This "anonymous" report has already received a rebuttal such as:
Mary B. was a very dificult person to deal with. She has very little patience and understanding, and would rather make threats than complete her files.
All High Profile agents can get paid directly through Title as long as their file is complete prior to closing.
Yes, we laid off 27 employees over the last year and half due to the economy. We also closed 12 local offices in an effort to remain financially strong all while many other real estate companies went out of business. We have had to deal with unscrupulous ex-franchisors who got greedy and tried to cheat High Profile out of fees rightfully due, and also steal as many agents away by spreading as many rumors as possible just like what you will find on this site. High Profile has now been vindicated in court against those who did what they did (you know who you are).
Notice the dates on the few anonymous complaints filed are all on the same weekend in June. They were filed by a few individuals who are making a conscerted effort to discredit or damage the reputation of High Profile.
We will all get through these tough economic times with perserverance and understanding.

This report was filed by Mary B. who did have her commission paid in full to her. She was a very difficult person to get along with, complained about everything, and had no patience for anything. Shame on her for giving in to the concerted efforts of others to discredit High Profile Realty.
