CFCMI knows where everyone of America's Aircraft Carriers are docked, that this cult has members on these carriers and also onboard several destroyers, cruisers, submarines, LHA's and intensely questions these members about
a) the whereabouts of their crew
b) the names of the commmanders
c) the times of ship departures, underway replenishments, and all the necessary information to undertake a terrorist attack out at sea or in port.

In light of recent events surrounding the military since 9/11, these above comments (a & c) would constitute an operational security (OPSEC) violation. Since 9/11, this is required training on all service members. CFC, up until I left in March 2003, kept a list of who was going out to sea and the dates of departure and return. Sharing this information once it has been authorized via official channels is not an OPSEC violation; organizations keeping a diary of this stuff, for whatever reason, creates a compromising situation which, if fallen into the wrong hands, could give terrorists, Communists, and other enemies of America an opportunity to wreak havoc. Whereabouts of the crew are a little more tricky but can be determined by the following:

- The DeFacto List, which keeps track of CFC staffer whereabouts
- The ACS database, which keeps track of parishioner information, including duty stations
- Phone logs maintained on the church's database
- CFC's daily ride list.

ACS is a standard software which churches use to keep records of active and inactive members. That information in of itself is not a compromise. When you add the DeFacto List, the phone logs, the ride list, you complete the puzzle and can get an idea of where brethren and their ships are at any given time, plus when they have duty.

(b) is not necessarily a security issue, as many commands have their commanding officers listed on public websites.

Any concerned military member can also notify his/her chain of command and their security oficer of any suspected compromise; the command will then launch their own investigation or have NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service) probe into the matter and determine if there is a serious compromise to security. Until someone steps up and actually does this, the compromises will continue (if they are still being done).
