I was not surprised to see the posting from a condominium owner that Christine Radey had tried to rent her unit to multiple parties and had then tried to actually sell it!  Christine is always looking for her next victim.  She robs from Peter to pay Paul.  I have already posted a report that outlines how she defrauded our company by providing fraudulent documentation including forged signatures. 

To the individual who posted the report in the real estate section:  you are correct with regards to the bench warrant for Christine's arrest.  It is in regard to our case actually.  She pleaded guilty to fraud and agreed to make restitution as opposed to going to jail.  She didn't show up on her sentencing date with the money so they put out the warrant. 

Let's hope at some point she is arrested.  She is a serial fraudster.  Everyone is potential victim!  Beware Christine Radey.
