Christine Radley, AKA Christine Radey, signed a year lease with me to rent my condo unit while I moved out west. Before asking my permission, she put an ad in Craigslist to sublet my unit, generating interest from two separate parties. She then took first and last month's payment from both parties, leaving one in limbo as they moved from out of Toronto, now with no money and no place to go. The people who got into the unit first, had also given her first and last month, additionally, she tried to sell my condo without my permission, not to mention, stopped paying rent. It is to my knowledge that she has a history of fraudulent activities and currently has a warrant out for her arrest but has yet been arrested.

Toronto professional Christine Radey, also known as Chris Radey, or Chris Radley, currently works at The Staffing Exchange on Bloor St, has committed yet another case of fraud.
Renting a unit from a downtown condo owner, Chris Radey/Radley submitted an ad to Craigslist, renting the unit claiming to be the owner. She asked for more than her rate, drawing interest from two separate parties, one who were moving into Toronto from the U.S.. She took first and last month from both parties, allowing one of the parties to move in, while the other (from the U.S.) was left out in the cold with no place to go and no money. She then tried to sell the unit to the current residents, again, claiming that she was the owner. She then also skipped payment on her monthly rent, giving excuse after excuse on why her payments never went through (bounced cheques, money transfer issues etc, etc..).
