Chrysler Jeep Cannot replace radio with back up camera because out of stock. New car 4600miles. Excuses, excuses, excuses. Auburn hills MI Nationwide
The radio and back up camera died at 4700 miles and the dealer removed it and ordered a new one over 6 weeks ago. My 2016 Jeep has 4600 miles on it. Now Chrysler / Jeep sent the wrong radio. Still waiting for a replacement. Now Jeep says that the radios are on back order. HOW CAN A LARGE COMPANY LIKE JEEP NOT HAVE ANY RADIOS? Have that many had to be replaced? All they can say is "waiting on the part". Jeep customer services keeps handing off the problem to a different associate to start from scratch when I call. 6 weeks for a radio. Besides the radio this includes everything else on the screen - back up camera etc. that I paid extra for a Sirius radio with back up camer etc. and I Get excuses.
