CIC CE Credit Manager ripoff fraudulent billing California

This is the line Item in my checking acount. I had started using Microsoft Money and they had a blurb in there about 1 year free credit monitoring through their software. I signed up and 30 days later was charged the above. I called the company on Sep 13, 2004 and thought I had everything straightened out. I was told I would be credited with the $89.95 in 7-10 business days. By Sep 29, 2004 (12 business days) no credit to my account. I called them back and was told they were sorry and issue another refund. Of course it would be another 7-10 business days. Now on Oct 15, 2004, (11 business days) still no credit. I will be calling again to request my refund. I have also sent an email to Microsoft, telling them that they are dealing with an unethical company.I hope this could be some help to you.
