On 03/13/2004, CIC CREDIT MONITOR SVC charged $79.95 to my Visa without my authorization! With all the complaints registered against them, I do not understand why this this company is still in business?
Is their phone # (800)220-2626 toll free, or do they charge you fee when you try to contact them?
I always check my visa statement to make sure everything is ok and found a $79.95 from CIC CREDIT MONITOR SVC. I have never even heard of this company so I looked this up on the internet and found that many others have had that problem as well. I never received anything from this company. I have no how they got my credit card number.

I ordered the merchandise (metal trunk box) that never be delivered to my home since December 3, 2003 up till Today in March 2004 that means I lost $25,030.00 in my financial loss and must get my refund to pay back to my card card company named AARP Bank One. Thanks Michael
