CIC CREDIT MONITORING RIPOFF CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A MEMBERSHIP THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE California

Seeing an article in the newspaper to get a FREE credit report I went on line and answered their questions, as I recall they said they needed my information to pull up my reports. As soon as I saw them asking for money and a monthly fee I logged off. My credit card was charged $9.95 this month and when I called them they claimed that I had joined. I told them I had not, and did not recive any credit report either. They said I was entitled to go on line and get my credit report untill the 7th of the month, I tried but could not find it. I guess they get people like myself whom they manage to rip off for one months fee, but if you get enough $9.95's it can amount to a tidy sum each month
