I received my credit card statement with a charge for $9.95 from a CIC Credit Monitoring company. I looked back and found I had been charge for 4 months from this company. I call in and the first thing they ask is for my credit card number.
At this point I'm already leary to the fact that they've been charging my card and the real kicker is they were shocked when I refused to give it to them. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CC NUMBER TO THEM!! After 15 minutes of disputing they were able to access my account using my email address.
In the end I was NOT refunded my nearly $40 for a service I didn't use and I was treated rudely. If you go on their website it gives you nothing but useless cr*p.
