Cic credit Monitoring Svc Charged Oct bill $79.95. Visa put on dispute. agreed to send Check. Credit never appeared, charged again, dirty ripoff scam con artists Internet

cic*Credit Monitor svc charged my october Visa bill for $79.95 for services (I do not know what) never requested or received.

I protested to Visa and they agreed to put it in dispute.I called cic Monitor at the number given and was told they would send me as check for $79.95. I never received a check butit never again appeared on my bill so I was satisfied.

When I received my March bill there was again a carge for $79.95. I called Visa and they agreed to put it in dispute. I called the number given by CIC and was told it was not in service. It is the same number I had called previously. I do
not know how to get in touch with CIC directly.
