Rather than purchase videos or bluerays from a department store, I purchased to own my video movie library at a cost of up to $15.00 per movie. Now that Cinemanow's website is down, without any notification, I lost years of investiment and all my prized Movie titles taken fron me, my hobbie, my collection gone, I feel ripped off! Over a $1000 dollars I could have spent in a video store, I am very upset! No customer service from Cinemanow or their partners. It's not right!
