In August 2002 I purchased a HP 752n computer. I also Purchased,(at the urging of the sales person), a service agreement for 200+dollars(five yr. agreement) Several mos. later I discoverd that the software that the sales person promised me was not accessable without further purchases. I also had a problem w/service. I returned to the store w/ the unit & I was told that the salesperson was no longer employed there and they couldn't help me. I HAVEN'T SHOPPED AT CIRCUT CITY SINCE!!
