CIT LEASE ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing of my credit Livingston New Jersey

I have been a fraud victim now for over 3 years, I have written to each credit agency about this company no response or action. It is taking this long too get bad information off of my credit that I didn't even do or known about until I keep getting denied for home mortgage loan. I notice that there is a company on my credit stating that I owe then $4,000. For something I am not for sure what I learn about this company though pulling my credit. I believe this to be fraud on this company.

This company has not responded to any of my disputes or written me back about this account of theirs. I want to resolve this by this company acklowlgeing this is not my account. I would like this company to remove their selves from my credit and send me a letter of apology from this company. Because I never had a repersentive come to my home to sell me or my husband anything from this company. I didn't even know what this company was until I went online today 10/17/2005 and looked it up.

This is wrong and unfair and I wonder if this is how this company does business. I guess if they don't have enough the just create some.
