CITATION PROCESSING CENTER DATA, INC,TICKETMASTER5000 SENT PARKING FINE COLLECTION NOTICE, REFUSED LOCATION OF FINE NEWPORT BEACH. California

I receieved NOTICE OF DELINQUENT PARKING CITATION(S), on 07/22/2015.  The citation numbers and description of violations were there, but NO LOCATION.  I called the 800 number and, after several hours of dialing and dialing, I finally got through and asked the person, what the location was for the parking violations.  They said SACRAMENTO COUNTY.  I repeated my question, adding that SACRAMENTO COUNTY was a large county, that there more than 3 streets located in SACRAMENTO COUNTY, and that, since I never receieved any parking citations on my windshield, I wanted the street location of the so-called violations.  I was told it would br on the next notice sent, and they would send out the next day.

On 08/24/2015, the notice came, AND NOW THE LOCATION SAID UNKNOWN.  I called the 800 number and told them, I am not paying for a violation thats location is unknown.  I was told that in researching my NAME and CA DRIVERS LICENSE NUMBER, I OWED FOR 2 RED LIGHT VIOLATIONS!!  Once again, I asked for the location.  Once again, I was told UNKNOWN.

SKREW THESE ********!! I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING IN THE MAIL SAYING I HAD A RED LIGHT TICKET.  I NEVER HAD PLACED ON MY WINDSHIELD ANY PARKING CITATION.  NOW, WHEM I REQUESTED THE LOCATIONS OF EACH VIOLATION I AM TOLD UNKNOWN. FURTHER, DMV refuses to issue my CDL, which means I can not drive.
