I had a Citi Prepaid Debit Card and it expired. When I contacted the company they said I lost the total value of the card($159.05). I was willing to pay a penalty but not the whole amount. This is a ripoff. I am sure there are others; and what if the card had a $5000 value? Would Citi Bank had kept the whole amount.
