Citifinancial Retail Services Another Back Billed Interest Rip Off Tempe Arizona

Interesting that this has happen to others but apparently Citifinancial Retail Services has 2 payment due dates for the final bill of a 2 year no interest loan on furnature. My loan due date changes each month from the 15th, 16th or 17th but the " Next Expiring Promo Date " is on the 9th of the month.

My reoccuring monthly check is sent out on the same date so it is received by the 15th of each month. So you can guess what happen with the final payment which was sent from the bank on the 9th and received by Citifinancial on the 11th ! I was hit with a bill for $ 486.74 which was the interest on the loan. Missed the second date by 48 hours. Why do you think Citifinancial has a different date as the last 24 dates ? Nice scam but I will keep complaining.
