This company headed by the man I dealt with and his brother who were selling me and my kids our first homeafter my divorce, said every single thing that I needed to hear since I was young single mom fresh divorce with $30k settlement check to put down since absolutely no credit or even job history since I was a homemaker the past 7yrs. I was led to believe that my money would go into escrow until they could get me a loan and I was paying toward the purchase of the buying of this home. It was their own property and I'm in my first year before Christmas when I get served with papers for Mr Gibbons who was in foreclosure and when I called CitiMac Mortgage Solutions i was repeated over and over again I'm not going to be out anything that this was how banks haggle and not to worry.  Well I don't think so. I called Mr. G He was not answering for me ever. So many times after this I got a lawyer and he uncovered numerous lawsuits one even related to my home while I was living there and never knew. He took a loan out to invest and from a friend promising to double investment upon sale. He lost the suit but who knows of he could ever even pay it back. I lost my life savings and dream home of me & my two children. When I signed the papers in the office I had my five yr old daughter with me and did not read the fine print my mortgage was actually slipped under me and I actually signed a lease agreement with my $30k as a payment! !! Who would have put that on a rental property and I'm the one who still had $1197 a month to pay just rent. He was wrong and I should have been able to get my money back but no idea where to start. Don't go anywhere else but a bank they will do you right
