Citizens Service Management, Csmcitizen Service Management government cash grant based on last 3 years income. Ripoff Road Town Virgin Islands

Lady called from 778-881-4253 on 6/1/06. sd was offering a federal grant for $5500. i had to answer some yes questions. She said CSM would do my paper processing for a fee of $349.00. She said the fee was refundable if i was not satisfied with the service or if they were rude. i was definately not satisfied and they were rude from the start. she ask when i wanted it taken out. i sd 6/15/06. i called the company on 7/16 they hadn't taken it out yet. They finally took it out on 6/20 which they said it took 9 days to verify that they had it. I had my bank statement (have company id # on statement) before they finally verified they had it till 7/5/06. The guy sd i would have my papers in mail by 7/24/06. I would sign and send back. Then they would give me a number for the government which i would have a tracking number for the money. i waited and never received in mail. Now the csm number 866-939-9542 is always busy. the 4253 number says customer unavailable. i believe that i have been ripped off and want in on the class action lawsuit if anyone starts one. i think this is impersonating government officials which is illegal and fraud. expecially coming from another country
