Citizens Public adjusters Oportunistic company, just looking for your money Bensalem, Pennsylvania

on 9/24/10, I had an issue with my air condition which affected my floor, as I did not know the procedure, I called a plumber who of course found a money opportunity and called that adjuster. I never heard about public adjusters before, the guy called me and in less then an hours he was in my house, did some tests (scam) and told me that the insurance will not pay me for repair, and the max they will reimburse me 30% max, of course he made me sign his hiring contract, that was my mistake and the mistake of any one who deals with this  company. first they report it to my insurance on 10/5/10, second the Adjuster Paul Barkley was so lasey, all he did is sending a letter from my behalf, he even told me when the Ins. adjuster comes to your home do not let him in, during the Ins visit my adjuster was standing like an elementary school student who did not do his homework and facing his teacher. The adjuster settle the claim for an accurate $ figure. unfortunately my adjuster took 30%, when I asked him what we will do next he told me NOTHING........I could write the letter myself, this letter cost me $ 1400.00, it is really ripoff, if you want to loose money deal with them, I decided to report it to save the other, just report to your insurance and you will get your claim if you disagree, get a lawyer he will be cheaper then those scam people.
