City Grid I got ripped off by City Grid to like many others West Hollywood California

 I was talked into signing up with City Grid and when we first got started the gal told me we would go through the whole process before it went live. Two weeks into it I was trying to contact her and she would not respond to my calls or e-mails. another two weeks went by and I received a bill saying that I owed 400.00. I tried to contact her and ended up talking to someone else and she finally returned my call. I told her I have been trying to get a hold of her for weeks and she said she was sick. I explained my concerns and she had no reason why we did not go over the stuff before it went live. I told her the bill I received for 400.00 did not show one call to my business. She said she would talk to the SEO people and call me back that night. I waited for 5 days and I finally sent a cancelation to the . % weeks went by and  a Issak Garcia e-mailed me saying that they wanted there money and I was to respond to talk about the problem. so I e-mailed back to him with my concerns and he never returned back to me. So I thought everything was ok and a month later I received another bill saying the were going to send it to collections and they have not even tried to resolve the problem. I am a new company trying to get started and I think it is real bad that a company can put me in that spot and try to ruin my credit for something I did not receive. I called the Arm solutions collection company and they have not returned my call . This is not fair and I will not recomend anyone to City Grid and I will fight this until they do right for me.
