I would like the City of Austin to explain how two people living in a three bedroom duplex can consume 15-25 thousand gallons of water per month. Our water bill is higher than our electric bill! We had our system checked for leaks on both sides (the cities and property management) and no leaks were found.

Either they are using faulty equipment,they have illiterate meter readers,or we have Shamu living with us. And we just found out that 15 other residents in our block are having the same problem. Can we win against city hall with this one folks? Stay Tuned!
