The city of Dallas has been stealing its citizens car for profit. The city uses the junk motor vehicle ordnance, claiming that any car in public view thats not registered and inspected is junk and can be sized. In my case the city stickered my 1966 Cadillac, and said i HAD to PROVE that it was running or they would size my car, i said no way!! write me my ticket the city doesn't have the right, the city said that they didn't have to write me a ticket and that they would NOT do so.
So i started protesting to get my ticket, i put up big signs demanding my day in court, and cursing out the city for their miss-conduct. Well about two weeks after the sized my cars i got my court date and in 08/04 i got the charges dismissed, but the city doesn't want to return my cars and pay for the damage done to my house total value 30k, and to make matter worse the city is retaliating against me by suing me in civil court claiming my lot/house is a hazard

I have had the same prooblem
AUTHOR: Luis - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, August 12, 2008
On June 3, 2008 5 code compliance officers from the city of dallas came to my house, one officer stated that she had come to tow my 1976 Chrysler New Yorker I had spoken with her before regarding this car, I had attempted to call them prior to speaking with an officer. We talked and she informed me on what she wanted to do, and I did what she asked me to do, So I thought. On June 3, 2008 she showed up at my door with a tow truck. I told her that the Chrysler runs and she asked what did I need to do to get it to run, I responded that all I have to do is put the battery on it, and crank it for her. She told me that she didn't have time for all that she was out her towing cars. We had just buried my grandmother on the 3rd of the prior month and I was not going to go back and fourth with her, so I let her take it simply because she did state that I could call her and go to the city pound to pick it up, I called her 3 or 4 times she I couldn't get her to answer her phone nor did she bother to call me back. I called 311 they couldn't find anything, and they refered me to code compliance to get a better understanding on what was going on with my car. I spoke with one guy, and he asked me to call another guy which was not there but I did speak with someone who promised me that he would look into this matter and call me back. When he did call me back he informed me that that had just removed my car from city of dallas property. My problem is I did call her as required when she first contacted me, she stated under oath that there was no response from owner regarding vehicle operability.

False liens retaliatory, AG says
Dallas County: Man accused of filing sham claims against officials
08:38 PM CDT on Tuesday, June 21, 2005
By ROBERT THARP / The Dallas Morning News
Faced with foreclosure on a Dallas County land deal, a 33-year-old Dallas man used the legal system to mount a retaliation campaign against some of the state's highest public officials, according to a 16-count indictment released Tuesday.
Tanenankhana Andrews peppered court clerks with phony legal papers last December, falsely claiming that Gov. Rick Perry and Attorney General Greg Abbott, as well as Dallas County court workers and area attorneys, owed him more than $10 million, according to court documents.
Sheriff's Department deputies were working to locate and arrest him late Tuesday.
Mr. Andrews was able to file the fraudulent claims because there is no review process when such court documents are filed, said Judge Mark Greenberg, one of Mr. Andrews' targets. Once the claims were filed, the targets had financial liens placed on their property, preventing them from selling real estate and other assets until they could get the issue resolved.
"There's no screening process for filing a lawsuit," Judge Greenberg said. "Anyone can file a lawsuit just by paying a filing fee. ... It's a horrible abuse of the system that's supposed to be built on good faith."
The state attorney general's office worked with Dallas County prosecutors to investigate the case and secure the indictments.
Tom Kelley, a spokesman for the attorney general's office, said Mr. Andrews had a retaliation strategy similar to those used in the past by members of the Republic of Texas separatist movement, who claim they are not subject to the country's legal and taxing systems. Authorities said there's no evidence that Mr. Andrews was a member of the group.
"It can really complicate someone's life for no reason at all except to harm them," Mr. Kelley said.
The attorney general's office played a lead role in the investigation and will also take part in Mr. Andrews' prosecution. If convicted of filing a fraudulent financial statement, he faces up to two years in a state jail for each of the nine charges. He's also charged with seven counts of retaliation and faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted on each of those indictments.
Mr. Andrews is on probation for forgery and arson convictions, authorities said.
In addition to Judge Greenberg, court records show, those targeted by Mr. Andrews included Dallas County Clerk Cynthia Calhoun, Justice of the Peace Thomas Jones, Justice of the Peace Cleophus Steele Jr., Associate Judge Sheryl McFarlin, Assistant Attorney General David Talbot and Assistant Attorney General Lawrence Wells.
Mr. Perry, Mr. Abbott and Dallas County District Attorney Bill Hill also had false liens placed against them, but Mr. Kelley said they were not included in the indictments.
By not naming the elected officials, there's less of a chance that there could be a conflict of interest in prosecuting the cases, court officials said.
"We thought we had a strong enough case as it was without them being named," Mr. Kelley said.

re: permit # 0501201064221
C. Martin said that you canceled my permit, why and when where you planning to notify me? I need to be green tagged ASAP, its ready for inspection (plugged at both ends and filled with water), but the inspector said he (C. Martin) couldn't until my permit was valid, see the problem. I've paid the permit fee so whats the deal?
