I am reporting a check Scam that came to me in a letter. The letter stated thatI have won a Contest and I have been approved of $99,000.000 and I have to cliam it no later that 27th of Aug.  They enclosed a check of $4, 900 and was instucted to pay an NRTF Fee of $3,900.00 to an agent with different payment Methods. and the letter told me to call the number and activate the check.... It's a check why do I need to avtivate a check!!! Thats why I call the number just to see if it was ligit and the guy was very rude frist of all to be given somthing Free or away money. I'm very mad no forget that I'm mad as Hell about this And I want whats do me Justice and reembersment.
