do not advertise with this company citysearch. what a ripoff and joke of an advertising online company. i own a respectable business and thought i would advertise with them to draw people to my website. i covered my tracks during the initial recorded conversation with the agent so they couldnt scam me. they tried though. i thing these telemarketers they have are trained to try and scam you and twist your words around.

they tried to say i was in a contract and that they were sorry for the mistakes in my add and they were going to credit me and try and fix them. i never signed anything with these people. they aren't very smart because they have a good website, but if everyone has the same experience i did, they wont have any customers. not smart business....

the day i was joining they debited my credit card. it has been 2 months and i have not be credited anything and my ad is still incorrect. rather interesting. dont sign anything with these people and if you decide to work with them, make sure you say everything you are expecting in the phone conversation they are recording.

there are so many better, more professional sites to advertise on. this is one big run around scam. the guy i dealt with is william flynn. the guy doesnt return emails nor except any responsibility for anything. he just wants your money and then runs. typical.

keep in mind, they need signed authorization from you to debit your credit card regardless. you can easily fight these charges with you credit card company. they will back you. citysearch.com
