CivilTree.com Civil Tree Scammed us for money Northridge California

I paid Civil Tree $199 to process our small claims paperwork here in California in May 2013. It was slow for them to have any status updates on their site, and they only changed it after I called it for an update. I was told that our court date was for Sept 16, 2013 at the Alhambra Court House and that my paperwork would be mailed out. This was in July. I never recieved any paperwork, so I kept emailing, calling and leaving VM. and nobody ever called back. The next time I went on their site, it was down and their phone number just rang. 

I called Alhambra Court House to check if we were on the calendar and they had no record of my name in their system. We were scammed for $199 and they wasted 4 months of our time. I now have to start over. Very unhappy.
