I have tried and tried contacting Claire's Bowtique on my order that I paid for and have not received -- half was sent in the wrong sizes which she was supposed to replace and the other items I had ordered 2 months ago. I have sent numerous unanswered emails. I was told it was shipped when I inquired a week and a half ago. 3 weeks ago she was finishing it up over the weekend and it would be sent Monday and she would take a picture and send me the tracking info. This does not include the two tutus I won, the 4th of July tank I won, two bows on different occasions -- which honestly I do not care about the stuff that I won --- I just want what I PAID FOR! Its just one big scam. Sadly I was warned via email from another customer of hers that never received her orders AFTER I had placed these orders with her and just prayed it would not happen to me. The FUN FRIDAY and the other games are just a way of getting you sucked into her page. I unfortunately cant warn all of her 4,500 fans but hopefully a few of you see this before she blocks me from her page so that I can not contact her or post anything on her wall -- just like she does to her other dissatisfied customers. I am sorry I had to post this for all of my friends to read -- I would rather deal with it personally but I have tried and been ignored 4 times!

After posting this I was threatened and harassed by Amiee. I did nothing wrong. I was being ignored and had a right to speak up. I was finally rewarded a refund but I know many who are still awaiting refunds and/or their items! This has got to stop.

Okay first of all -- the reason that this was posted was due to the customer service I was given and the scam I got caught up in. You are a scammer and a liar and others deserve to know. That is the only reason I posted on here. I want people to know about you. Yes I know you make 50% of your customers happy but you do not care about ALL of them..you pick and choose who you are going to rip off or try to scam on. Its very sad. You should concentrate on trying to get pending orders out before you play fun friday games and try and get more customers that you are not equipped to handle. You would think that getting out the orders you already have would be important but you are greedy and simply want peoples money.

By the way -- I saw you had me on some list -- If you send me a paid shipping envelope I will send the items back to you that you sent to me in the wrong sizes and poorly made. We do not use them. They do not fit. I am not keeping them because I want them, I simply refuse to pay to ship this stuff back to you!

Ok again this site is so you can PROVE you were ripped off. Recieving a refund of the money you paid for your order and keeping everything you were sent after I refunded your for it is not a scam. :) I will be waiting for proof as this is what the site is designed for I am tired of these girls getting their friends to come on here and right stuff it is rediculous and childish!
