First, I want to call attention to the transcribed verification recording below. This is very important, and will shed light on how legally tight First National Credit is trying to make themselves. It would seem they've come under file through other ventures. This is actually a d**n good verification process. I mean, if you have not had bad credit for the last six months they can virtually guarantee you a credit card. And they do tell you that you will NOT receive on in the package. They do tell you that you are just getting the opportunity to APPLY for credit. That you are not getting five hundred credited to your account, you are applying for 500 cash advance. In addition, they are working better with their affiliates now, making them part of the verification process. For more info, please email me at destroyprimeone@hotmail.com . Thanks.

This is the company known as Prime One. First National Credit. You can find a load of ripoff reports here under that heading. You can also find reports on the better business bureau, though no information has been recorded yet regarding Clear Choice. The agent slipped up when talking to me by accidentally telling me the company was called First National Credit. And so the cycle begins again. I asked her about the price increase. Previously it had been 189.00 to 199.00 for the package. Now it is 239.95. She explained that this time there is no annual fee, no monthly fee. She eventually gave me to her supervisor. Her supervisor had no idea what I'd been saying, so I played just..dumb curious gullible guy. Asked lots of questions and wrote the answers down.

At the end of the call I was asked if I had a computer, for no reason. It was weird.

Prime One still has their website up. PrimeOne Benefits.com .

In your responses you tied Prime One Benefits to the FTC complaint against Assail Inc, 6 other companies and 9 individuals filed in Jan. This company is not a part of that complaint. Prime One has not been charged yet for any wrong doing. There have been numerous complaints at this site of course and numerous with Phone Busters(located in canada). Basically no one knows exactly who and where they are operating out of. All the assumptions point to Canada. So remember that if your being contacted by Prime One Financial aka Prime One Benefits make a complaint with the FTC and Phone Busters. The call will ask you for an intial deposit of 187 which will be taken out of your account. For an unsecured mastercard with a limit of $1000.00. The 416 area code is canada and is become extremely difficult to trace back. But I am trying to do all I can to keep people from giving these people money.

I can only find any record or mention of Clear Choice for the last week or so. Here is some information I found at an excellent site.

May 29, 2003 at 16:49:44 Re: Clear Choice Credit Solutions
I have received numerous calls from Clear Choice Credit Solutions, despite at least four requests to be removed from their calling list. They are oblivious to these requests. They say "yes, I'll remove you," but then I get another call within a couple of days. The calls sound like they come from the other side of the planet, too.

Re: Clear Choice Credit Solutions
I've receive phone calls from this company on a regular basis. Despite my requesting to be removed from their list, added to their do not call list, and requesting their "do not call policy", they still seem to have the need to call me. I don't think they maintain any kind of do not call list. bastards. -- Not Interested
