Clear Alex Thiefs, Bad business, several employees but nobody knows these employees when complaints are made Internet

 I called Clear Service to let them know I was leaving Phila, and going to Florida(wasn't sure for how long) and canceled service. The lady talked me into Hibernating my service until I was sure I was leaving. I did this twice, finally when I was sure I was leaving, called again, and explained the situation, and that I wanted to return equipment, to safe guard their equipment while I was moving back and forth. The fellow I spoke to , promised NO OTHER money would come out of my acct. two months later I check my acct $40.00 is taken from Clear out of my acct. I called they said 3 to 5 business days they would call me back. I said it took you two secounds to take my money, I shouldn't have to wait 3 to 5 days to hear from you! They called me the next day to say they denied my claim , they have no record of the fellow promising me in his notes of charges not being posted to my acct. 
I said you record the phone call , go back and listen to our conversation, Alex said they can't do that. I said talk to the fellow who took my call and promised me no more fees, he said they can't contact him he is not in their building. Another s words they have employees stationed all over representing them selves as rep of Clear , but they are probably random people sitting in pajamas drinking a Late', while they are scamming and robbing people all over the USA except Florida!

 Do not get Clear it is the biggest  SCAM out there!  Clear needs to reimburse the 40.00 dollars to my account!
