Clearance.co Clearance Co. could not help with my tablet not connecting to WIFI. I returned it at MY cost. Want a refund since there is a choice on their form. Refused to refund Internet/

Purchased an Android tablet from Clearance.co. It will not connect to my WIFI or any WIFI for that matter. Tried troubleshooting with tech support twice to no avail. They told me to send back the tablet at my expense, and fill in the attached form which I did and where I opted for "refund" instead of "repair." Now I'm told they do not refund. So why have the option on their forms. Also I have to pay the return shipping which will be another 15 dollars. I've learned my lesson, if the price is too good to be true, then it is not true. Better off to wait for a sale at Best Buy, for example. Anywhere else, they will refund you or give you another item. Now I do not have a tablet, I'm out 15.00 for shipping and no refund on the way. Returning to Canada in two weeks so I'm quite sure I"ve seen the last of that malfunctioning tablet. Having read on the internet a lot of people had trouble with this Android 4.2.2 connecting to WI FI...yet the 4.2.1 worked perfectly.

Just wanted to let all know that after a couple of emails and threats (contact my lawyer and credit card company) I just was advised that a refund had been granted to my credit card. So there is hope yet. However I will not buy from them again nor will I recommend Clearance.Co Especially for electronics...I don't think the merchandise is new. Anyway, I'm happy now and will buy a tablet at a known electronics store.
