I was sad to discover that the sauna I purchased was manufactured in China and not in South Korea as I was told by Clearlight Infrared Sauna by Sauna Works.  I was also sad to discover that it is not really cedar.  I was also sad to discover that it is not even made by Clearlight.  I was lied to and that is not acceptable.  

When I received my sauna there were dents and nails sticking out of it.  The process to get replacement panels was inconvenient at best and a nightmare at worst.  There is no way this sauna could have been tested, as they say, before it was shipped to me.  There were simply too many flaws to go unnoticed-annother Clearlight lie.

When I received the replacement panels all but one was in accceptable condition.  Therefore, I needed to get a replacement for the replacement.  That took another month.  

Each time I had to ship something back to Clearlight I had to package the item myself.  

I was impressed by the handyman they sent out.  He was a nice guy but be prepared to have to handle all the scheduling and other issues associated with working with someone who does not know the product.  As it turns out the simply higher local to help the customer so there is no telling who you invite into your home.  

Three months after delivery I'm ready to use my sauna...not so fast. 

By the time the sauna was assembled the power supply and key board needed to be replaced.  These took another month to be replaced.  The control panel does not even say "Clearlight"-it says "Cebrus" which, after some research, is a company that went out of business.  Clearlight told me they never closed as Sunlighten, their competitor, did.  

After experiencing som many headaches and outright lies I decided to sell my sauna.  I cannot possibly believe the health claims when they lie so much about their product.  

I sold it for $750.00. That's all I got for a $5,000 investment.  I took the hit but what about those people who are sick ro who cannot afford the loss?  

I feel sorry for Clearlight Infrared Saunas by Sauna Works.
