Clearview Builders Ripoff Paid them money to build my home and they never did a thing to start the building Never would answer mine or my lawyers letters or phone calls Was told that they would get back to us to no avail Brodheadsville

Nov. 1, 2004 had a closing with Clearview to start to build my home and as of today, 3/5/05, nothing has been started.

Tried on several occasions to contact and see what was happening and was told Dennis Slayton would call back. No phone call.

Enlisted lawyer, Craig Eaton, to send letter to the company to get them to respond, still no answer.

Saw the pocono record of 3/4/05 with 2 articles regarding Clearview Builders and how they ripped off several people, and how no one has been able to reach them and get their money back.

I am also a victim.
