Agreement made at time of deposit for Clearview to construct home included clause that agrement was void if financing could not be obtained.

Finanacing at specified rate was not available, and documentaion was provided to Clearview.

Clearview kept $13,000 deposit and would not return it. Had to hire lawyer and settle for 1/2 of deposit. BEWARE!!!
