I have had nothing but trouble trying to get click2pay to honor their statement on their website, that withdrawl to your debit card takes 1 banking day. This is not the truth and they are well aware of that fact.

After calling in many times and even being transfered over to the " supervisor " who said that he would personally take care of this problem, I have been given the following reasons for the money not being released to my debit card -

1) it takes 6 hours for the money to show up on the card
2) it takes 12 hours for it to show up on the card
3) it can take up to 24 hours for it to show up on the card
4) there must be a problem, we'll contact the tech department
5) we can't tell you what the problem is because your money is somewhere between here and the bank
6) the tech department is taking care of it, but we can't contact the tech department
7) nobody can do anything til Monday because the tech dept is closed over the weekend
8) on your account, the money withdrawl shows as still pending 08/01/2005
9) you just have to wait because we can't do anything about it.

As you can see, they have many answers for 1 simple question and request. Where is my money and I would like to access it on my debit card.

Someone at their company must be able to do something to make sure that what they claim on your site is what actually what takes place. What you have on your site regarding withdrawl times is false and misleading. I don't know who is in charge of click2pay, and no one on the customer service line was able to tell me who was in charge, or who is running click2pay. I was not given a number to contact anyone in charge, nor was I given an email address to contact anyone.

I have sent in numerous emails asking for answers and requesting an answer to the email and I have never had an email response from you, not a single email response to any of my emails.

All I asked is that someone there, please respond to my email telling me who I contact regarding my account that can give me an answer to what is going on. As usual, I received no responce to my email, and am still waiting to access my money on my debit card.

This has been going on now for over a weeks time.
