I ordered a clock from their website. It said FREE SHIPPING. I got the clock. It was too large. I mailed it back to them at my expense ($95). I ordered a different, smaller clock, which was also marked "FREE SHIPPING". They told me because I made an exchange for less money than my original purchase they were charging me $41.83 for shipping. I explained that the website said free shipping. They didn't care. Since I was doing an exchange, they would not honor their Free Shipping that they advertised on the website. 

They received the returned clock ten days ago and I have a receipt from FedEx saying it was delivered to them and I still have not received the new clock. I had a horrible time trying to speak to a person in "customer service". I had to call the shipper and get Clockway's phone number as it is not on the website nor any packing materials.

When I asked to speak to a manager the woman transferred me to a recording saying that if I had a problem, send them an e-mail. They obviously do NOT want to handle calls or to perform any kind of customer service. I would recommend buying a clock from a store where it can be returned if there is a problem because this company is only concerned about keeping your money and they make it as difficult as they possibly can so they don't have to deal with customers.
