We had a terrible experience with this franchise. We paid top dollar for custom cabinetry that was described to us to be "wood look" for a home office and ended up with a mixture of wood and melamine that looks awful. Even worse, they didn't
install what was on the drawings. When we complained, the owner's solution was that we should spend even more money on additional wood doors. What a RIP OFF! We then asked to return the cabinets for a refund. Instead, the owner charged the entire balance to the credit card we used for the deposit - WITHOUT our authorization and with the work incomplete! Don't believe what they tell you and don't get too excited about the beautiful photos in their catalog and on their website. I'll
be posting photos of what their work really looks like, and it's not pretty.

The Closet Factory in Seattle has been in business for over seventeen years. Sixty percent of our business is
repeat and referral business. We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and we love our customers.
We have been out to this customers home on two occasions and made two different lists only to have them change their minds. We have made offers way beyond what was agreed to in their contract. They think we should take out the custom built office, built to their specification, and return their money. We have a credit card authorization from them and only charge the part of the final payment that was completed.
We respect our customers and are always willing to work with them to help solve a problem.
