Closet World over charging my account, ripoff Whitier california

I had shelf installed in one of closets for my children on Dec. 1 2006. I signed a contract staing that i would pay half in November and the remaining after the job was completed.

To my surprise I was charged not once for the final amount but 4 times. I had to call to find out the reason why and i was told it would take 72 hours to refund my money. This was on a Thursday which means that i have to wait until next week.

I am a single mother with 43 children and i need that money,$1100, to pay bills. I now have late fees for not paying bills on time.
