Closet World Ripoff, Bad closet/storage solutions, no response to requests for customer service Whittier California

I have made dozens of phone calls to resolve my dissatisfaction with Closet World's installation. I had three closets and one laundry room done at my home at the cost of near $3,000.

Two of the closets were installed well and I am satisfied. One closet that had a special order pull out basket. The basket was only half the size it needed to be for the space and needs to be returned. In the Laundry Room, I worked with the sales rep. to design a floor cabinet that did not work at all in the space. I cannot even use the cabinet because it is too big and the drawers stick out into the room where you would stand to load the washer. One of the drawets does not even stay closed and sticks out into the room.

I have talked to several different people including the District Manager and have never received a call back to resole these issues. In order to speak to anyone, I would hold on the line sometimes over a half an hour). Severl times, none of their phones were working.

The installers did a good job and were professional as was the designer. My issue is with the customer service after the sale which has been non-existent.
