I bought a 1998 corvette recently from Cn'V corvettes, Tom Flannery was the salesman. The car had problems with the driver side door, I questioned Tom about the way it functioned when I was in Arizona inspecting the car, and he said that this was how the door was made, so that it would stay open when getting out of the car. It still did not seem right to me, it was very difficult to close. I examined the door the best that I could with limited knowledge, and even said to Tom that I was still interested in buying the car even if the door had a problem, hoping the problem would be revealed, and a deal could be made, however Tom refused to inform me that the door was cracked all the way through it.

He lied and said there was nothing wrong with the door. He oiled it and covered it up. About 10 days later the oil job faded and the door was nearly impossible to close without a fight, took it to a corvette specialist who identified the problem, and to replace the door, which is what needs to be done, is going to cost $2,000.00. I called Tom and attempted to discuss the door with him and he clearly stated that he did not remember that I asked him about the problem when I was buying the car. He refused to even acknowledge the previous conversation. He also said the car had brand new brakes, had that checked out too....

Well, to put new brakes on also $$$$$. He said that the remote worked, but needed batteries, well, $150.00 for that! About that the spare key, well, there never was one, $60.00. I'll end here. DO NOT BUY FROM CNV.

I can't say how many things are WRONG with this car. Almost caught on fire from major gasoline leak from burned up gas filter that was supposedly changed during "tune-up at CNV before my purchase", this was the original filter since the birth of car (1998)...WHAT A LIE. Couldn't even give the car a tune-up.

NEEDS NEW SUSPENSION, this car has been HIT. CVN will sell unsafe cars to UNSUSPECTING/TRUSTING BUYERS. For $28,500, plus warranty, I've had to spend $6,000 in 6 weeks already, and it's not over yet.

Electrical system has problems, dummy lights don't work properly, fuel gage faulty( it always says full, then suddenly it's EMPTY-and running out of gas), tire pressure gages don't work right, and so on and so on and so on. Driver side window leaks water.

""CNV"" specializes in selling "BAD APPLES", CAR LOOKS GREAT ON THE OUTSIDE BUT ROTTEN ON THE INSIDE. BEWARE
