CNV Corvettes ripoff Tempe Arizona

I found this 69 corvette on cnv corvette website. Yellow with matching number with low mileage showing 64700 miles. I talk to salesman Phil Schlemmer About the 69 yellow vett and ask him was the picture on there website the same yellow corvette Phil said it was. He said this car was in number one condition. He said I could take this car to any car show right now and win the car show and everyone would be impress with this car. This was my dream car that I was looking for But it turn out to be my nightmare. I ask Phil could he help me get the car finance because I did'nt have perfect credit and Phil said he would try to help me.Phil Call me over the next few days and ask me some questions. I was approved so I ask Phil again about the car and Phil told me not to worry that this car was number one show conditon. I told him that I did'nt want the car if anything was wrong with the exterior of the car. Phil said there was two smuges on the drivers door. Then I told Phil I was not interested in the car with the smuges on it. Phil said he would take it to the service department to see if they could match it. He said if they could'nt match it they would paint the whole car.

So it did'nt match so Phil said they were painting the car.Before I sign the papers Phil promise me a new paint job. They kept the car another three weeks and when I would call about my car Phil would tell me it was in the paint room and that I should'nt rush them because they were making sure the paint job needed time to dry. I sign papers for the car. one paper in the group was as is . I call Phil he said that I had to sign the paper to get my car. After I sign the paper and Phil got it he never call me again. I always had to call him. never time I call Phil my car was either in the paint room or they were putting the bumper back on car. When I received the car the driver told me I would have to jump the car to get it to crank. He had to jump the car to put it on the car hawler.

I sign the paper for the driver for the car. I saw that the car had not been painted I called Phil and He still said the car had been painted. and he did'nt know what I was talking about. I told him the car would'nt crank. Phil said he did'nt know what could have went wrong. I had to get a roll back to take my car to my house. I call Phil the next day and he said that the car was running fine when the car left the lot. I ask Phil again about my paint job and He said that it was painted and that he would talk to his manager and see what happen. I call Phil back the next day to see what he had to say about my paint job and he still insisted that my car had been painted. I ask him about the car not running and he ask me to take it to someone to work on it and to send him the bills for the towing and repairs and he would refund me my money.

The carborater was mess up and gas was in the motor and it would'nt turn over. I have not yet received any money. I went to the DMV to pay taxes and get NC tags now I found out the title showed the miles were not the actual miles. I call Phil he said it was the actual miles. Now this is where I stand right now . I don't have tags on my car and the title is not correct and I have to spend money out of my pocket to get the car painted and running right. This car was a mess nothing Phil said was the truth and cnv is a joke of a company. This company is just out to take peoples money and they don't care nothing about honesty or there customers.
