Coast Dental Huge Rig off Powder Sprmgs Georgia

I have had a probem with Coast for the last year. We have Delta Dental and this Coast office is the only one in our area.

My husband needed a lower partial. We were told that Delta would only pay $725.00 (D5214) and we would have to pay the balance of $669.00. Coast listed our portion of the bill under the lab cost?

There is something wrong with this company. I have great teeth and have never needed any thing more then a cleaning. But when I went in for my evalution they wanted $908.94. Wow just wow.

They wanted me to pay for antibacterial irrigation $40.00 (didn't need this) Cancer test for $59.99. You used a rince then they would use a special light to look into your mouth. (didn't need this)Chlorhexidine gluconate? This was $19.95 (didn't need this)
The Sonic tooth brush for $119.00 I already had one.
Special tooth paste for $22.00 I did purchase this.
And the biggy was the night guard for $579.00.
I bought a night guard last year from my then dentist. He gave me the impression, he said if I ever needed another one this could be used to make another impression. Well guess what? Coast couldn't use this impression and needed there own impression. When I picked up my new impression she also gave me the impression.

Now you tell me what is the use of giving the impression to be used for additional night guards, if they won't use it again.

It's nothing but a money scam.

The total that was milked from us is $1247.00.
Oh, I don't want to forget that when I had my teeth cleaned My total was $26.00. I refused the additional treatment.

I had to sign that I refused the cancer check.
I have also sent a letter to Delta Dental.
