Coast Dental ripoffs does not honor PDP INS rates does not refund patients for over payment does not correctly inform patients of cost up front Titusville Florida

Coast Dental Overcharges Patients and Insurance Companies and Does Not Refund the Patient any money due back. They come up with LAME excuses and the run around.
They claim the Corporate Offices handles these issues, but they refuse to give you a contact name & telephone number, Of course NO ONE from the Corporate Offices EVER calls the Patient Back.

Coast Dental does not Honor the PDP fee's as agreed with Insurance Companies & over charges the Patients.

Coast Dental does not honor quoted rates and mis informs Patients of charges UNTIL AFTER the work is preformed, Then they Claim that the patient is told upfront and it is noted in the Patients Chart.

The staff at this office is RUDE & Constantly made mistakes.

Coast Dental OWES ME $50.50 refund from my over payment since MAY 2005, I have been given the run around for months, They claim the Insurance Company Overpaid and it was sent back to the Insurance, After a call and Hard Copy Followup with the Insurance Company, Coast Dental DID NOT send any Monies back to The Insurance and The Insurance Company Confirms NO refund is due to them. Then Coast Dental HAD THE NERVE to Send me a BILL for 50 cents.

I guess I will NEVER see that $$ again, But I know I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO COAST DENTAL EVER AGAIN.
