I began receiving calls from 1-800-888-7890 on January 14, 2008, where the salesman told me I had won a 3 day 2 night vacation and a digital camera "absolutely free". I told the salesman that I was not interested and asked him to please take my name off his call list. Less than 2 hours later I received another call from someone named Simon (funny that he would have a typical American name when he was clearly foreign and could barely speak English well enough to be understood.)

This salesman said he was a "manager" and wanted to assure me that I had won a prize and would not have to put out any money to receive it. I told him that I would not give out my bank information over the phone to someone that calls me up out of the blue and he was wasting my time as well as his. He assured me that it was not a scam and that all they would deduct from my account was $1.95 for shipping. He said all he needed was the name of my account to finish the transaction. I told him again that I was not interested and to stop calling me.

The next day at work I started receiving the calls again from the same number every time I answered the phone, no one would answer and then they would hang up. I tried to call the number back to complain but it was one of those numbers that only make outgoing calls and no calls can be put back through. After receiving 6 or 7 of these calls at work on my cell phone, and by this time getting extremely upset because there was nothing I could do, they finally called again and when I answered someone decided to speak.

They went into the same ad as previously and I stopped them immediately. I told them that I had already asked on two occasions to be taken off of their call list and now they are calling and hanging up on me repeatedly. I told him I was not interested in the free camera or the vacation package and asked yet again to be taken off the list or else I would file harrassment charges.

His response to this was"Blah, Blah, Blah", click. He had hung up on me yet again.

I went to their website they gave me in the 2nd call, where I asked them if there was any way to contact them so I could get proof that they were on the up and up. WWW.Coast2coasttravelclub.com is an actual website, but once you get to the main page, it won't let you go anywhere else. There is no contact information to call them though there is an icon for it. All the links on the site are for looks only, they don't change the page when you click on them.

How do I get these people to stop harrassing me?
