Coast To Coast Forever Grand Vacations Presentation was made to sound as if they were the only company who had an "in" for GREAT DEALS Branson, Missouri

We attended a presentation from Coast Resorts. The presenter led us to believe that this company was the only one who could get the GREAT deals. The company was also excited to be able to sell a time-share we had.

The total price was $8543.95 We gave them $4543.95 as a down payment.Their real estate broker was absolutely sure he could sell our time-share for a $5200.00 net to us. This was to be completed by 12/1/2009. If this wasn't successful,we would only pay $4543.95.

The issue is that the sales staff misrepresented what the company could do. We have had the oppotunity to travel since this purchase. We have been able to beat the prices that Coast Resorts was able to book. We have compared prices as we were on the websites as we talked to travel representatives and still were able to make reservations at a much lower price.

Is there any way to recover the $4543.95 ? This would be based on misrepresenting the product. Fraud may be a little stretch.
