Michael Defiglio has sure been busy ripping people off this year!
He came in to our store looking for business, he was a real smoother talker and we ordered some hats from him that he actually delivered with no issues believe it or not. Then he came back and we ordered some shirts. He convinced us to write a check for $4575 for t shirts (paid in full) for our Hardware store in Corona. Obviously we didn't do much research or we would have seen he is a brazen thief.
He cashed the check using his personal bank account and then the storys began to roll in.
Issues with inventory
Health problems
You name it, this guy has an excuse for everything.
He delayed the order 6 months before finally deciding not to return our calls.
Thats when we did some research and saw other reports on here about the same thing happening. We now have a courtdate in a few days to sue him and try to get our money back.
Hopefully he shows up to court. More than likely a guy like that doesn't pay for anything. He is a low life loser that can't keep a job so he runs around playing Tshirt man and ripping people off of there hard earned cash.
Something HAS to be done about Michael Defiglio. Karma will catch up with you sooner or later!

Mike has since cleared up his debt with us and we continue to do business on as a COD customer. We appreciate him settling his debt and wish him well with his future business.
