We never received our T-shirt order after paying a $500 deposit. For four months, Michael Defiglio strung us along, claiming in more than 100 text conversations that he would have our delivery "soon" and "next week," that he was "very busy," "running late," "switching suppliers" and even "working on a big discount" for us.

It's hard to imagine that anyone outside of a work of a fiction would be as full of excuses as Mike, until you experience it firsthand.

Finally, after never receiving our product, we demanded a refund. Even then, we received nothing but empty promises to refund our money. We have heard that he has since moved and left no forwarding address.

This guy is a classic textbook case of "shady." Do not ever do business with him.
