Huge rip off

This guy took our order and our check in order to lock in prices and he delivered half our order and then nothing. 

I have emailed him numerous times and have heard every sob story there is.  He promises me everytime that he'll mail our refund check and now he's disappeared.  

Do not order anything from Mike Defiglio!  No integrity at all.
