Our deepest appologies to any of our Cobblestone customers that may have felt that they were being harrassed by the auto glass employees on our property. We listened to all of you that came to us to let us know that there was a customer service issue taking place. Cobblestone Auto Spa prides it's reputation on exceptional customer service, and we have replaced the auto glass company that we had contracted in the past with our own employees. We hope that having this department in house will give us a better control of avoiding any customer service issues. I'm sorry about your bad experience. I've been to the one in Chandler and was treated well. Also, not sure if this company falls in the same category, but most car washes have an outside company on the premises that sells and handles glass repair or replacement. If this is the case, it may help to call the car wash and explain the treatment you received from the glass people and they might me inclined to allow a reputable less harassing company have their business instead.
