Collect Pros Demand for payment Carson City Nevada

I received a collections notice dated 05/18/2015, from a company called Collect Pros located at 311 W. Third Street, Carson City, Nevada 89703. The notice is demanding payment for Entertainment Weekly Magazine which they say was purchased through Publishers Services Magazine in the amount of $274.05. I have never entered into any agreements or made any purchases for either the magazine or the magazine service.

I have called several times, but have only been able to speak to a live person once and that one person would not speak to me about the notice. The individual onthe other side of the line just kept saying I call go online or mail in a payment or I could make one over the phone right there and then. I have gone on line to www.collectpros.com/disputes, and filed a dispute with them only for them to come back with what they call a "Verification of Debt." This varification has the alledged original company listed, order ID number, my info and a statement saying that they have "included an audio recording of the customer agreeing tothe terms and conditions of purchase."

Collect Pros not only has a physical address of 311 W. Third Street Carson City, Nevada but it also has a mailing address of PO Box 4133 Woburn, MA.
